5 Albums You Should Press Play On: Rexx Life Raj, Apollo Brown, Brother Ali, Wade08, Gabe730 x Traxamillion

Trying out something new. Check out these 6 albums that have dropped in past week or two:

Rexx Life Raj – FF3: Somewhere Out There

This one makes my personal top 5-10 albums of the year (still have to go over all releases and finalize my list). An “instant classic” if you will, although thats a tough term to use, Rexx delivery on all fronts with his latest body of work. Stacked with features from Kehlani, Russ, Jay Prince & Kenny Beats, and production from some of the best in the game such as Sango, Ekzakt, DTB, Drew Banga, Wax Roof, Kyle Betty, & more. This has been on repeat for me since it dropped.

Length: 15 tracks, 48 min

Apollo Brown – Sincerely, Detroit

The detroit beatsmith creates a dope body of work, with appearances from the likes of Elzhi, Black Milk, Slum Village, Clear Soul Fources, Ty Farris, Royce Da 5’9, Nolan the Ninja, Phat Kat & more.

Length: 21 tracks, 79 min

Brother Ali – Secrets & Escapes

Brother Ali has created another dope addition to his already legendary catalogue. For this album he links with Evidence to create a dope sound, Ev has always been one of my fav producers. Project features Evidence, Pharaoh Monch, Talib Kweli & more

Length: 11 tracks, 32 min.

WADE08 – BLAP

WADE08 drops a dope project with appearances from Lulbearrubberband & Stunnaman02. With production from Drew Banga, JULiA LEWiS, himself & more, WADE drops a solid body of work with this project.
Length: 11 tracks, 32 min.

Gabe730 x Traxamillion

Bay Area super producer Traxamillion has been working on a new project with Oakland’s Gabe730 for most of 2019. The two teased the first single, “Priceless”, a few months ago and now drop the full-length. Gabe730 shows a lot of versatility with different flows, very catchy melodies and allows Trax to tap into zones that he has possibly not fully ventured into in the past.

Length: 10 tracks, 27 min.
